Sims started her career in 2003 when she played Delinda Deline the club's entertainment director in the NBC dramedy Las Vegas. Co-starring James Caan Josh Duhamel Nikki Cox James Lesure Marsha Thomson, the show centers on the fictional staff of the Montecito casino and hotel located in Vegas.
